How do you guys like adoptables sold?

I've been wanting to try to sell designs, but I've never done it before and there are a lot of different ways people sell their characters.
So I wanted to know, do you guys prefer flat sale or auction more? I think I will try to auction one at least to see how the bids go, but I haven't ever done an auction before either so it might be too hard for me.

Generally prefer flat sale but auction gives more people a chance to see the design and offer a bid. I'm partial to egg adopts, myself, but it depends on what species you are comfortable drawing. I also prefer a mini ref with adoptables as that is what people will be using the artwork the get, for. Make sure whatever posing or lines you use/make gives the clearest view of the adopt so that other artists can reference from it :3
