Got a fair way through 'Reluctant Schlong' as the working title, and especially thanks to collaboration and help from Coral and Gweh.
Anyhow, here's a pastebin link to an early (fairly complete portion) of the story.
Mostly set-up, pre-tf into tf of the dick-neck variety.
This is about 1/4 of what's written now in case you're wondering, but the rest isn't as polished as this is (and this still needs some more work I think)

Not sure if one of the transformations you hinted at earlier was this, but I did immediately begin picturing something causing Phallocrass' cock manifesting on Susan's crotch, only large and writhing and needy. Before she can even really begin to imagine how to deal with it, it sucks back into her body. So the demon just continues her pounding of this portal, giving Susan a severe case of whiplash as this member drives out and in of her body for a spell.
