2 days after wondering how was Shon Howell's condition, I heard of this. Really broke my heart.

Ohhhh, I thought he had been getting better too. That's so sad. I never talked to him personally but I got a few pieces of art from him in the past, and I really liked his style and just sort of the way he presented himself in general seemed very honest and open, which might be my single most appreciated trait in anyone. I suppose I'll never know now... My condolences, to everyone who knew him well and those who will miss him.

I am sorry about Shon's passing. I wrote about him in a post under you artwork tribute to him. he was a great artist. His sexy art was a joy to look at.

Man, and this on the same day Tim Conway died as well.

The first furry picture I ever got was a Shon Howell drawing of a sexy fox babe, back in the early 80's. That art piece was my first taste of furry art (before I had ever heard of "Albedo").

You know the fandom's been around a while when it's founding members start dying.
