By purchasing my art services, you are automatically agree to the following conditions.
I can change any statement in my T.O.S if discussed with me, the artist, before the commission.

General Terms
✩Please provide a reliable, or clean neat reference of your Character(s)
✩I can try my best with a highly detailed description. However with this I can not get your character 100% right so please do not be too hard on me about this!
✩Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if this occurs.
✩Please follow any rules that are provided by anything posted of mine that has to do with YCH’s, Adopts, commissions, etc.
✩Any failure to follow any of my rules or if you go against my T.o.s I have the right to decline your commission.
✩Please do not rush me! Unless a deadline was agreed on prior to the commission!
✩My commissions can take a day to a month depending on queue and what you have asked me to do! So please be aware of this!
✩I do have a little bit of a life outside of commissions so please understand when I can not get back to you quickly, as stated before Email is the quickest way to get ahold of me!
✩If you want changes made to the finished art work you have THREE days to ask for changes made
✩I will make Changes three times before there will be a small fee charged for any further changes that has to be done.
✩I sometimes will work on someone else’s Commission before yours if it is a smaller one than yours or they approved the sketch before you!
Payments
✩All payments are Due before art is started.
✩Accepted currencies right now are USD, CAD and DA points
✩Payments are due three days after getting the slot
✩The prices I have set are not subject for negotiation! My prices will only change when I state it! However depending on the art I can possibly be willing to haggle if it isn’t a full body art piece
Refunds
✩I am willing to Negotiate a refund if I find myself unable to finish the commission
✩If I have given you the sketch and you decide that you wish for a refund I will only give back 50% of the payment and you may keep the sketch
✩If you rush me / constantly harass me about finishing your commission I hold the right to refuse the commission / refund you. Feel free to give me a gentle reminder via anyway you wish to contact me if you want an update on your commission.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
✩You will forbidden to ever commission me, Koff-ee, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
Process
✩You will be given a WIP on almost everything but for crayon chibi icons, any sketch, single colored sketches, or beeps!
✩During the sketch phase this is where you may make up to five changes or change the character after that there is a 5$ fee for any changes!
✩Art is started after payment and order of my queue which can be viewed on my Trello all commissions are dated when they are added and when they are paid!
✩At any time you may ask me for a update on your art with a current Wip!
✩Once the sketch is approved there will be no changes!
✩If you are getting a sketch or any of the commission that do not come with wips when the finished art is given to you, you may ask me to fix it and I will fix it as soon as possible!
Copyrights and Usage!
✩I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
Publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 50% FEE
