I'd love to interact more with you guys, so
feel free to ask me anything! And feel free
to share about your life/day as well, lads
and fine ladies! Also, thank you for the
recent surge in watchers! π

For myself I enjoy a nice little cat nap or reading a good book.
time reading, learning and thinking about existential things.
I play some viddy games, but I'm not very tech savvy or
updated about it. ^_^; I'm interested in everything from
global politics to Sailor Moon makeup! I joke constantly.
And I'll only accept "cat nap" if, and only if there is
an actual cat involved. ^_~
As in, I don't identify with fursuits and that sort
of thing. I really love animals and Disney, who
started this whole thing, so it was a natural lead
in, I think! I love building worlds, writing and art
so this community is ideal with regards to that!
quite open to hearing ideas about such! β‘
And would you like to see it more implemented in entertainment media?
I am joking, however I don't have any personal
thoughts on anthro on human pairings, part from
a personal preference for like with like!
lush products, magical girl baubles, Nietzsche and Poe
novels, whipped cream and cranberries. That should
do the trick!
from the top of her pretty little head to
the tips of her teeny hooves. Pace did
the art, of course. I based her loosely
on my own appearance, as I was told
that's what a 'fursona' was~
complex and tragic in quite a genuine way. I
haven't seen a character like Belle before and
as a writer that's exciting. Belle was born with
an inherently lonely spirit, yet with a breathless
capacity of love that's awe inspiring. Belle also
reflects and represents emotions and trauma
that I try to work through personally. It's very
therapeutic, not to mention she's just so darn
cute I cannot even!
going to be taking up space here with your cute face. ^_~
> You use the Fleur De Lis a lot, is this symbolic toward Belle or just for design? Belle also seems quite French inspired, so was this intentional?
> What's your all time favourite Disney movie?
> If you could go anywhere in the world to live, where would it be?
> Does Belle have any superpowers? Like, elemental powers, or a link to stars etc? I know she heals!
Sorry, it's a lot but I am a very curious person ^^;
Belle is 26 and spent much of that time sequestered in her crumbling
castle ruins. She's incredibly intelligent and book smart, yet remains
"innocent" or, I prefer guileless from lack of experience with outside
people and world. Belle is like that rare wild deer who will approach
a human being simply because she does not yet know to be afraid...
* The Fleur de Lis is important to her story, and in particular
half of her lineage. She is half Licorne, which is a French-inspired
fantasy race of my creation several years ago. The Fleur de Lis is
a lily flower, representing the beauty, grace and ornamental flair
of the Licorne race, but also their immense inner strength and will.
* My favorite Disney movie? *cough* I think we can safely say
"Beauty and the Beast." Belle is in my opinion the smartest and
most charming, complex Disney princess of the lot. I love her.
* If I could live anywhere? I like the forests of the Pacific
Northwest and am happy here. I'd love to visit many
European places though, mostly the Northern ones.
* Belle has immense power, though she has no idea it
dwells within her and cannot access it. First and foremost
she is a healer, and if she can learn to call her power to
her, will be a true power. She has natural animal affinity
and can draw out an inner heart cage that she can use
in battle if she needs. It contains her deepest magics.
I really loved answering your questions! Thank you so
much. It feels wonderful to know so many people are
curious about the little Hartlicorne!
2. What is the most thrilling for you (as a writer): the destination of an adventure or the journey itself?
3. What kind of feature captivates you (the writer) when you see a male OC?
and can inspire many of the commissions, poses and scenery I ask for in art.
2. The journey. By far. I am so much more interested in journeys rather than
endings. The flavor of possibility is much more delicious.
3. Oh, goodness. I could write a book about this! Many things can
draw me to a male character. If I encounter him in art, I would say
the quality of his design, the sort of artists that he has art from and
the subject matter of the art pieces. If I see a male character in sexual
situations with other characters, I can appreciate the design, but he
holds no interest for me. I'm not interested in male characters with
preexisting relationships or who are amorous/cads. I also gravitate
toward natural coloration and muscled, masculine body types. Fantasy
style warriors are my favorite. Naturally.
As far as personality and narrative? I love men with power, i.e kings,
war lords, leaders who are reluctant. Removed. Stoic. A restless warrior
soul that can't seem to settle. The strong quiet types who are emotionless
toward others but burn with passion for their soulmate. An unbeatable
force, full of ferocity. Borderline savage, yet with a code of honor that
borders a vice. A sense of superiority and ownership of the world, yet
humbled by the smallest things, or his one destined female. A man of
loyalty. Pure loyalty. Not fleeting, not conditional. No fair weather
'knight.' Those who talk much and say little. Those who become
carried away in their faux chivalry and wax poetic. No, the male I
am drawn to probably isn't very poetic at all, rather lets his actions
speak for him. Persistence and true tenacity are incredibly attractive.
The will to prove himself beyond a shadow of a doubt. "Come hell or
high water" I believe is a good phrase. Also, pragmatic. His passion
must be rooted in reality. He must see the object of his passion clearly
not romantically. And then, pursue. Also, witty, intelligent, ruthless,
not a 'good' man in the traditional sense. A lonely soul. A restless spirit.
Someone looking for real purpose. No braggart, no poet, no narcissist
no entitlement, no quixotic desires. Stable. Predictable, yet capable of
being surprising. Dedicated. Adventurous. Brave beyond compare. Loyal
above and beyond. Cunning enough to get what he wants. Gentle
enough to keep it. Unconditionally and irrevocably consistent with the
object of his passion.
I could honestly go on, but at this point (and probably before this point)
it's likely just harping~ Thank you for the thoughtful questions!
a shameless carnivore. ;_;
