Life over the last two years

Strict adherent to the tenets of "Lilyisim".
So, that big commission project ended a year ago roughly once I had finished the third or so edit after working on it for about two years. But the text was not quite up to snuff for my liking, but the commissioner wanted a finished story and it was done as far as content.
Close family died last year, took a step away from the fandom and commissions in general. Though no one asked during that time really. So I took time to just live my life.
Got a girlfriend and lost a girlfriend. But I never stopped learning and expanding on my writing. Took a step back from artwork, but I am surrounded by supplies. I just want to focus on my writing.
Adopted a cat named ironically Blue. She is a bit skitzo right now but I know how to fix that.
And I started working heartily on my fictional setting for a series of stories. The first book I publish will be an e-book that will be self published. Aiming for 50,000 plus words. It is set in this setting and will contain either a single long story, or a series of short stories I have written over the years punched up by me to fit in with my finalized continuity thanks to the Setting Bible I have been working on these last few years.
I may just fit a few short stories in the book at the start to get people used to the world they are entering. Not sure how much adult content will be present, but there will be due to how it is apart of certain characters lifestyles and lives.
Actually forced myself to sit down and start heavily plotting for this one story instead of seat of my pantsing it. Doing like I have read: The setting is set, the characters of the main cast (two protagonists, over a hundred plus minor characters with names and personalities I have yet to go into depth with) a mystery, my first serious attempt at such a story.
So I am still around. Just took a step back and decided to just do me for a bit. Going to start publishing more random stories though to get my creative juices out there so 2019 will be a bit more interesting as I randomly write short stories in various genres.
