Woo, I just registered yesterday for AllFurFun. Jurann didn't tell me I needed to register until the last day for lower cost on tickets. LOL Ah joie. Well at least I got in on time. Got a panel in the art show. My first ever! I don't really care if anything sells, since it's not a major con, I just want to have the experience of having a panel before a major con, so I know what I'm doing next time around. And hey, if anything sells, well that'll just be icing on the cake!
I'm debating a dealer's table. Maybe selling con badges and prints. Don't have time before the con to do what I'd like as far as necklaces, that's going to be a major project. I'll be lucky if I can make enough art between now and then to fill the panel I already got! I haven't reserved a table, though, I'm kinda wondering whether I should, or whether I should just wander around and enjoy the con and have fun sketchbook-swapping. I, uh, really could use the money. >.< I think I'm gradually talking myself into a table as I'm typing this. Gah.
Well, I've gotta start working my rear end off. I have a picture to do for Renard's Menagerie (http://www.renardsmenagerie.com) that has to be done ASAP, and then I need to get some pieces together for the art show at AFF! Yikes! I'd better start now! Bye!

i used to do panels myself for a couple years. then i decided to quit it, because i had the impression that people weren't interested in it, and it was too much effort to store a stack of clip frames only for four days a year, when space is tight at home.
the con i decided to leave it be though, people suddenly started to hunt me down with sketchbooks in their hands...
don't overdo it with them sketches. you get paid, but it cuts into yout time. at my very first furry con i penetrated/molested/graced thirteen sketchbooks in three days. :)
And yeah, don't worry, I'll be limiting myself! It is only a small first-time con, after all, and I still have these buggy hands to worry about and take care of...
