Farewell to a friend. . . . and someone who was more. . .

As I write this. . . the ache and hurt still throbs.
A dear friend and someone more to me was taken tragically on Tuesday.
Heading home that night around 11 pm, she was struck in the driver side by a drunk who ran a red light. She was pulled from the wreakage and taken to a hospital.
They couldn't save her. . . .suffered from eternal bleeding. . .all they could do was make it as painless as possible for her. The drunk driver had also perished as well.
Kit. . . was the kindest, sweetest person, kitsune anyone could have as a friend. It. . hurts to think that I will no longer see that smiling face or hear that dear voice.
Rest in Peace Kit.
You shall be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

To know for a fact that you'll never see that face again. That their voice has vanished from the earth. It hurts a lot. Plenty and much more even.

Yes, Kit has touched many lives, and many will feel the loss, some more than others and for a select few that she loved, the feeling of this loss will be one of the greatest ones that can be felt. I am deeply sorry for your loss, especially because i know how much you meant to Kit. You both were a couple that was meant to be, and this loss, there are just no real words that can describe the pain of it. You were fortunate for knowing her longer than I, and yet your partnership on Second Life, I was happy to witness the birth of. Time, it will take, to slowly heal the wounds which are deep, but Timeless now is Kit, forever and eternally Kitsune. Forever with you her love remains.
She will be missed by many.
