Prepaid Paypal cards

Ok, it appears there is a prepaid Master or Visa card one can use for Paypal that is straight through them. Now I found the Mastercard ones at Dollar General, but I wonder if they are reloadable or not? Also, it appears they charge a fee every month off those cards, so if it is a one time shot, one could end up short! Anyways, trying to research my options as I am tired of getting ideas I can't draw!

That's what I am trying to find out as I have never used Paypal and don't want it linked to my bank.

Yeah, that's what I am researching. I don't like having a credit card either, so this is all giving me a bit of a headache right now. Why is it the supposedly more 'convenient' something is the more of a headache it is to use and understand?

Like I told someone here at home, if there was a better way to pay artists that I could access, I would do it. Oh well, I'm not making the leap yet. Thanks for the advice and such. :)
