That sounds about normal in general when temps become extremely high with the humidity. in my case the added fun of living in a house that has no Air Conditioning at all in it so I couldn't even sleep good at night before having to return to work the next day, 3 nights of little to no sleep sucked.

*Hugs you back* We have a window AC in the living room, so the house isn't horrible. Just trying to do anything outside makes me woozy and sick right now after a few minutes.

I ended up having powdered Gatorade in the house and frequently mixing up my 64oz water bottle I keep in the fridge with it to try and keep from getting ill and dehydrated.
