To help when commissioning art from me. ^.^

Sunitai’s Terms of Service TOS
YOU CAN POST MY ART!:
When you commission me, you may post the artwork that I do of your character to any and all of your social media websites to show it off and/or make avatars for profile pictures from the work that was created. I'm more than happy that you enjoy the work I do for you and that you want to show it off. However, you need to talk to me and make arrangements if you want to do more with the artwork such as selling prints or using it for other monetary/advertiser arrangements.
WHEN I MAKE MISTAKES
I'm not perfect and things are bound to get missed here or there. This is especially true with some complex fur patterns and what not. If the error is on my part and the proper markings/details were clearly stated/shown in the referencing materials provided for the commission, I'll happily correct the error free of charge. The only thing I ask is that you collect -all- the errors that may be present in the piece before bringing it to my attention so I can get them all in one go for matters of efficiency. ^.^ I’m more than willing to admit my mistakes and will take care of them.
NOTE: It does happen that I give a project my best shot and it just poofs into a pile of …..meh? When this happens, I will contact you and offer you a full refund for your commission plus give you all the work that I had completed for you free of charge. It'll still be up to you if you want me to push through and finish it up for you or not, but you'll have a good basis to see what you're going to end up with in the end. I wasn’t always an artist and know what it would be like to be eagerly expecting something wonderful and be handed something like that ;p
PAYMENTS
Payments will be made in full before any work gets started. Larger art projects may have payment plans negotiated, but most commissions and YCH expect to have full payment up front within 48 hours of end of auction. If you ask for a bit longer time to get payment ready, it will most likely be acceptable.
NOT GOING TO DRAW
These topics are off the table for commissionable interests: minors, cubs, snuff, scat, hate, ...etc as well as any special interest I decide I’m not comfortable with drawing.
PERSONALIZATION
This is art now ^.^ Every piece has its own soul so me being involved with every transaction isn’t actually that odd here. All I want is for you to be happy with your artwork and it’s what I spend most of my energy trying to achieve.
That’s pretty much it! Can always update more later but will address future problems as they arise. Thank you for your interest and I hope you enjoy your work from me!
FINER DETAILS OF CONDUCT
YCH's must be paid within 48 hours or risk being assigned elsewhere. (If you notify me about late payment, it's fine)
I reserve the right to use images for published/printed merchandise
There is to be an expectation of slight artistic freedom when regards to your character.
Payment and all references must be received before work can be considered to begin
Please communicate with the respect you wish to be addressed with.
All prices are default in USD $
If work in progress needs to be refunded, a charge may be added.
Too many change request can incur extra charges
Artist still maintains full rights to all artworks produced
Private non-public commission incur a 33% lack of advertising fee
I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the match just doesn’t seem to fit.
WHAT YOU GET (TL;DR version)
All rights to post the image on social media websites to promote themselves
Rights to print the image for personal displays (home/office/badge)
If you feel work has taken so long, you’re entitled to compensation
Rights to complain if arts take too long (longer than 2 months) and free arts if you’re right.
Free fixes if I screw up your arts.
Ability to purchase the commercial arts license if interested (250% Total price)
