COMMISSIONS:

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ARE IN EFFECT AS OF 5/22/2019 AND ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

General Practice:
- Non-refundable.
- I do not haggle on any pricing unless otherwise stated. I do not take holds under $100 unless otherwise stated.
- I will not emulate another persons style, or create a custom based from another character- mine or otherwise.
- you may edit my art WITH CREDIT! I don't care how unrecognizable the piece is after editing, you Must Credit me.
- I do not publicly "blacklist" as I find it unnecessary and asinine. If there is a difficult client however, I do privately record our interactions for future reference.

I retain the right to:
- refuse any commission for any reasoning.
- refuse further editing past two minor changes (in the case of the edits being my fault and not additions, I will fix all of them without issue) as I expect the client to provide me with ALL necessary information regarding their commission.
- take a couple weeks to a max of a month to complete a commission, I will never delay on a commission unless other real life issues are preventing me from completing it to which the client will be notified and will remain my priority.
- end our conversation without refund if the client is rude or otherwise purposefully difficult to work with.

I will draw:
- humans/humanoids, furries/anthros (of varying degree, kenomimi to walking feral)
- NSFW (with a varying additional fee)
- gore/blood, guro
- fandom, incl. ponies
- creatures/monsters

I WON'T draw:
- m/f pairings, PIV in nsfw
- mech (can draw androids, just not transformers)
- hatespeech or any type of offensive material
- comics or strips
- "non consent" aka sexual assault, ddlg, underage, incest, inflation and unsanitary fetishes (such as scat/urine/vomit)

DESIGNS AND ADOPTABLES:

You may:
- resell a design I make for ANY price! yes, this includes if you haven't paid for it yourself (you received the design in a trade) You MUST credit me for the design. (my toyhou.se is "lambino")
- trade/gift at your leisure WITHOUT notifying me.
- edit as little or as much about the design you purchased/traded for/were gifted, so long as you CREDIT ME, you DO NOT need to notify me of design changes, regardless of how drastic!
- remix/mesh my design with other designs. (ex: "Fusion" designs; your design will count as a separate design and will credited to you, my original design is still mine and credited to me!)
- co-own my designs, but I will NOT be held accountable for any risks or trouble.
- include my art in the resale of any design; mine or otherwise.
- use my art or designs for promotional or commercial purposes WITH CLEAR CREDIT!

You may NOT:
- remove credit.
- claim as your own work.
- trace.
- reference.
- copy in any format.
- redistribute my artwork as a physical or virtual product.
- make false bids or retract last minute.
- repost my artwork with or without credit.
- use my designs for hatespeech or ANY type of offensive material such as but not limited to: underage pornography ( loli, shota ), unsanitary pornography ( scat, urine, vomit ), incestuous pornography, sexual assault pornography ( noncon, dubcon )
^ I cannot fully limit what you chose to do with my designs, these offenses will result in an immediate block and cease of future business.
- use my designs, characters, or artwork that is has not been commissioned by you to roleplay on ANY websites.

Breaking any TOS rules will result in a confrontation. A second breach of rules will result in a block and a cease of any future business, as well as a private collection of evidence and events that lead up to said block. ( These details are personal, and will not be shared with others. )
