Moving the old journal off the front page- I'm still alive and kickin' just things have been ...tiring over the last little bit. Obviously I'm still being crap about posting even though I have tons of art I've started and sketched. My obsession with skunks continues thanks to the cute little striped wigglers on SecondLife. My main problem right now is focusing on some everyday life stuff: I'm finally using my dental insurance from work and going through a lot of maintenance and repair stuff (scaling and planing done, temp crown in place) but there's a bunch of stuff still to go (root canal, post and crown and three wisdom teeth to be removed). I also need to do the brakes on the truck, have it inspected and re-registered, have the procedure done to get rid of the kidney stones, find a new apartment or house, and a new job (not necessarily in that order)

At least the weather right now is nice, Texas has seen an unseasonably pleasant streak lately after a weird little mini-hurricane on Sunday - wind tore up trees, took chunks of roofs, and dropped the temperature from 90 to somewhere in the 60's. Then it was sunny again, all in the course of about an hour (that's Texas weather for you).

I'll try and post a bunch of stuff soon, I just need to motivate a bit.
