Looking to commission FFXIV art

I am looking to commission an artist for my ffxiv toon. It would be a bust up of my female Miqo'te and her future viera form. I have a few ideas on poses. The commission will be colored and looking to stay under $300. Also timeline is a month max.

So drop some suggestions please!

Tips are appreciated and help me to buy new lines to give free art and offer cheap commission.
