So this happened, and I am very sad about it ):
Going to put up all the information, just need to compile all the screenshots and such.
Anyhoo long story short, this person ----> https://www.deviantart.com/twerkonthatshark/
Have not written back to me in 2 years, we kept constant contact the first 6 months (The time paypal is legally in charge of the purchase, or have the responsebility for it atleast) After that it went dark. No more contant. I have seen them uploading some stuff on other sites, never answering my notes and such.
So i paued 7000 swedish crowns for a Partial, A head, paws, and a tail of my pony caracter Pitch, which never happened, I called paypal, they cant help me since it was sucha long time ago. /:
ANy idea of something i can do, except for outing this person here?

Was the amount of cash well into the hundreds if not thousands?
Getting back to the subject matter....eeeash...that really sticks. Honestly I would consider printing out transcripts of all your correspondence and retaining a lawyer. You probably don't have to actually drag them to a lawsuit, just the actual THREAT of being sued should be enough to get them to either finish the arrangement or to get them to pay it back. However, just like from PAYPAL perspective, time may play a factor. Now I don't know if two years is too long or not....but yeah, situation is not good. I don't know how much 7000 crowns is, but if the total is high enough, there could be pretty strict penalties or imprisonment potentials here.
guhhhhhh ill see what ill do, im so darn frustrated, thank you for your tips tho <3
Try diplomacy first...re establish contact and see if they are genuinely stiffing you on your arrangement.
If that fails, I hope you have a friend who is a law student or a cop. Have them contact the person on your behalf and see if a new arrangement can be made.
If none of that works...you may just have to move on. I wish I was rich, I would pay you back myself and then pay people to ddos the person who scammed you for the next couple of years or something. But I'm not...well that's all I got...best of luck to you.
