I'm so sorry I can only do little. No one should have their electricity shut off if that means their life is at risk. If nothing else they should allow enough for a damn fridge or freezer. This may be a weird suggestion but do you have a way to buy one of those weird fridge coolers for car chargers. Or do you know someone with a diesel generator a mini fridge could be connected to?
