Adoptable Terms of Service

If you are buying an adopt from me, then it is assumed you have read through and agreed to the following;
- You must ALWAYS credit both the artist of the lines (If it is not me), as well as myself for the creation of the character.
- If there is a signature, either mine or the line artists, you may not remove it under any circumstance.
- You are free to change the character as you please, though I ask it remains recognizable as the original.
- I will no longer be doing edits to finished adopts, as I more often than not have already compressed the layers.
- You may NOT sell the character for more than what you purchased it for, unless the character has had art added that wasn't clearly rushed just to bypass this rule.
- You do not have to keep me informed if you sell/trade a character.
- Payment must be received within 36 hours after claiming an adopt. Failure to do so will result in being blacklisted from future sales. (However, if an emergency arises, please let me know and I will see about making accommodations.) That said, WAIT to send funds until I have confirmed that the adopt is still available. As I have adopts listed across both FA and TH they may no longer be available. (Updated 6/30/2022)
- I will no longer be selling to accounts less than 1 month (30 days) old, or accounts that are completely barren.
- I will not do holds, or payment plans at all.
- Do not 'joke' claim adopts, or make fake bids.
