Please read this page carefully if you are purchasing art from me! Purchasing art or a design from me results in you automatically agreeing to my TOS. Any failure to adhere to the TOS may result in blacklisting.

If I blacklist you, it means that I will not allow you to commission me, purchase designs from me, or participate in any groups I run.

If you need any clarification or have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!!!


-Commission TOS-

-I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

-You may not copy, trace, or reproduce my art in any way.

-WIP images may be requested at any time if desired. Please let me know in advance if you would like to see a WIP at a specific point in the image creation process(after sketch, lineart, etc.)! I will not send WIP images on my own accord.

-I will not make changes to the artwork after it is completed unless a mistake was made on my part.

-All art purchased from me is for personal use only. You cannot use it for monetary gain/commercial use.

-You may repost commissions on your personal gallery(FA, DA, toyhou.se, etc) or use my account as an icon on any social media platform if you provide a clear, obvious link back to my DA/FA account.

-I will not issue a refund after a finished image is delivered.

-Please do not edit my art yourself or have other people edit it(except for cropping for icons, that's fine to do yourself).

-I will not begin working on a piece until payment is received.

-Adoptable-specific TOS-

-Please credit me as the designer the first time you post a design I've created, on their toyhouse page, and/or along with any reference sheets.

-Once a design is yours, you are free to make any edits or alterations and use the character for any purpose.

-Designs purchased from me may be resold, traded, or gifted at the new owner's discretion for any price.

-Designs received from me for free or via trade may not be sold for any currency and can only be retraded or regifted.

-You may not use my designs commercially or to make any sort of profit(this does not include selling the character itself).

-Payment for adoptables is due within 48 hours of claiming a flatsale or the end of an auction. Failure to pay within 48 hours will result in a loss of your claim or a re-auction. I do not do holds for longer than 48 hours.

-There are no refunds or buy-backs on design sales.

-Publicized art of my designs that include subjects such as sexual artwork with children, hate speech, racism, or other unsavory contexts at my discretion will NOT be tolerated, and will cause you to be blacklisted immediately.
