Tiny Toon Adventures would be great. A lot of cute characters to make muscular.

I remember a comic about that out there somewhere on the FA and such but never really considered wiring it myself as a story till now

Hard Rock and Stegz. Mainly stegz cause it feels like they spent more time on his musculature and design. The guy has huge pecs

well SuperGoof doesn't normally have muscles but then again, neither does Super Louie (which is who Louie becomes if he eats one of SuperGoof's super goobers) BUT they can flex their muscles, seemingly to any size whenever the comic calls for it for comedic purposes normally and do seem to get a bit buffer if they eat multiple super goobers... However, I was thinking of having supergoof team up with Captain Muscles but then Captain Muscles takes goofy back to the Von Drake machine that makes superheroes and changes back to show how it works. They then both take a bunch of super goobers to become buff versions of their super forms, then they go into the super machine to become mega versions of their super selves with much more scanty clothing after they flex out of their super clothes with gargantuan muscles :3

and then again supergoof can be hawt with musculature too

Who is Super-Louie? 0.0

Louie Duck from the disney comics. If Huey, Dewey, or Louie eat a super goober they pretty much just turn into themselves wearing a blue cape and a onesie in their color of preference, kind of like how super goof is just Goofy in long red underwear and a blue cape... it only happened in the old Disney comics once. I don't know if it was a Mickey Mouse comic that had SuperGoof in it or if it was in a SuperGoof comic possibly...
