By purchasing any form of my work you automatically agree to the following. Please note that my terms are subject to change at any time.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
✨ You HAVE to be 18+ years old before commissioning me.
✨ I ONLY accept payment through PayPal.
✨ All payments MUST be made in USD or EURO.
✨ I take payments upfront, please understand that I will not start on your commission until you have paid. Until then you will be placed on my waiting list.
✨ I do provide refunds unless absolutely necessary. For example, if I am unable to complete your commission then I will arrange for a refund to be made. Commissions are one of my main source of income so it is essential that you understand these terms. Please plan accordingly when ordering from me!
✨ It can take from 1 to 3 months for a piece to be completed depending on what's going on in my life. Passed this amount of time, you are allowed to ask me for a refund. If you are okay with waiting longer just let me know (it’s greatly appreciated, sometimes life gives you more surprises and things can be slowed down unexpectedly). Refunds can be made in full or partial depending on the situation.

✨ Minor edits are available free of charge. If you fail to provide me with an accurate reference sheet there will be a charge for any additional edits. Please understand that I will do my best to fix any mistakes I have made! I provide sketches for approval so be sure to let me know if anything needs to be altered before I move onto the completion of your commission!
