that's why you immigrate legally folks

Well, certainly doesn't help when they're coming here to escape downright oppressive conditions in their country and are denied citizenship here because they never had the chance to gain enough work experience to get high priority on the waiting list and America refuses to recognize them as Asylees or Refugees.

Revolution isn't so easy a solution as "Let's just revolt". There are plenty of people highly loyal to various dictators in Southern America, and some of these dictators have the backing of the US because they give the US profitable trade. Look at the 1954 Guatemalan coup d'etat. Hell, a good portion of these illegal immigrants come from countries that are indeed that bad because of US involvement, thus making it our problem.

But, then you have to wonder: why are those people coming to America? Just to continue their crime sprees? Because, I really do feel it'd be much easier to get away with such crimes literally anywhere else but America. Especially when the police force would have a fair amount of bias against immigrants.

The free healthcare and free education isn't being offered exclusively to illegal immigrants. And, they are indeed very necessary things for those even in the middle class. I mean, how much did you pay the last time you went to see a doctor, before insurance coverages and whatnot. Hell, I myself am always antsy about seeing a doctor for anything less than life-threatening, as I'm simply unable to afford it in most cases. And, I dropped out of college years ago because the only way I could afford it would be by going for a student loan. And, need I remind that student loan debt in the US amounts to a cumulative total of roughly $1.6 trillion dollars, at a rough average of $28,650 per student.

But, if it's being offered to all citizens and immigrants, then the citizens won't struggle as much.

As for student loan debt, it's not quite as simple as "don't go to college". There's a constant stigma, or rather idea passed around American society that you can't get any sort of a proper job without a college education. Hell, my parents were perfectly willing to kick me out of the house and force me to live on the streets if I didn't apply for college. Not everyone has a choice. Or, more accurately, not everyone feels like they have a choice.

But, surely if the problem is that college is getting too overcrowded, or there's too much demand for high-paying desk jobs that require a college degree, then immigration should be a non-issue. After all, aren't the majority of illegal immigrants lacking in the money for college, and lacking in proper education or skill to be working these high-demand positions? After all, they're not getting free healthcare or free education today.

The problem is, one can't just "take" a job. They have to be hired for it. Now, why would an employer choose an undocumented immigrant to work an entry-level job over an actual US citizen, one who probably has better qualifications than an undocumented immigrant?

Then, surely that's more on the employer who'd rather take a low-hassle worker who'll go for less pay over someone who'll actually ask for basic workman's rights, don't you think?

I'm saying one of the better solutions, following this line of logic, would be to make it harder for businesses to hire undocumented immigrants.

My apologies. I'm afraid I must drop out of this debate. Tbh, I came in unprepared, and I've somewhat neglected to perform proper research throughout. And, I've also exhausted the extent of my counter-arguments in that manner. Perhaps when I'm able to set aside enough time for proper research, I can conduct a proper debate. For now, though, I concede.
