finally saw the trailer... yikes... tried to combine too much reality and they've stuffed it up some.

Saw the trailer an I share yer sentiments... Idunno... maybe I'm a bit biased cause I did get ta see the live broadway show and then years later saw the live video version (still have a copy in fact) so that's probably what made this new remake a lil' disturbin' for me heh :P

The original costumes were a lot of fun!! Lot more fluff!

Hehehe yup yeah they were... even inspred me ta spruce up a unitard with some fur ta make my own Cats costume ta perfome 'Memories' (sung Barbara Streisand's version)on stage as one'a the numbers I performed at various bars and was so well recieved it usually got 2-3 call-back encores :)
