Oh I didn't hear about that. I myself am just very un-trusting of both FA and Paypal and felt like it could totally be a trap. Like a way for Paypal to know which lewd artists are using it's service to ban them. And FA being bad at making sure we were actually protected.

Alternatively, I was wondering if it would still be bad if I made myself update a comic anytime a milestone is hit, or if people still see it as a direct connection. I'd still be updating said comic on my own time (though it's not a priority so it rarely happens) but if I noticed I somehow reached a milestone I set though Shinies, I could prioritize a page to be made as a thank. I originally was gonna do that with Ko-fi before I found out they ban people for linking from porn sites, which they count FA as one.
