How to get a commission from toby? (2019)

step 1 - Preparing your idea:
-Make sure my commissions are open. You can usually see this in my main page, but if you cant find it, you can ask me.
-Prepare your commission idea, with all the descriptions and references nessesary. Make sure you explain everything that’s important for you. any details you want to see properly portrayed.
-Choose what kind of commission you want (full color, grayscale, sketch, etc). consider witch one best suit your idea and budget.
-Make sure you are ready to pay for your commission. Your slot will only be secured once I have confirmed your payment.
-If you are not sure if I will be willing to draw your idea, you can take ask me beforehand, or send a backup idea that you think will be better suited (you can also check my F-list profile for reference: https://www.f-list.net/c/vince_tobyart )
step 2 - Submitting your idea:
-Send me your idea (with all the descriptions and references you prepared) either through e-mail (e-mail will be provided once commissions are open) or FA notes.
-Dont feel the need to send your idea first. The order that I get those e-mails or notes wont influence if you’ll get your commission or not. Just make sure you send it while i’m accepting commissions.
-If you want your commission to be anonimous or private, please remember to let me know.
-You can send multiple ideas, but note that I will only accept one idea per person.
-You can also ask for multiple drawings, but depending on how complex those drawings are, it can be considered a “complex commission” for witch there will be less slots. there’s also a limit to how many drawings I can make per person.
-If you are a patron and want your perks, remember to mention it on your message, along with your patreon name. (please use my email or FA notes)
- After you send me your idea, please just wait patiently. I will contact you if your idea makes it.
-Please dont beg or use emotional blackmail to try to get a commission.
-If your idea doesnt make it, dont feel bad, there will always be next time~
step 3 - Closing the deal:
- If your idea makes it, I will contact you, with the price for your commission, or with any questions I may have before giving you the final price.
- You can make small changes depending on if you feel you want to include less details for a more affordable commission, or include even more details for a bump in the price. I will recalculate it and send you the new price.
- When all is set and done, I will send you an invoice through Paypal. once I confirm payment, your slot is secured.
-I only accept paypal.
-I wont accept, gifts, games, or trades as payment.
-Payment is required before I start working on your commission.
Other info
-Make sure of what you want before submitting your idea. Messages like “oh, I’m not sure of what I want, I’m between this or that” will most probably be ignored.
-If you notice a mistake on your commission request, feel free to send me another message to correct it.
-If, after I contact you, you take too long to answer me, I might have to drop your idea and move to another one.
-Please try your best to comunicate properly. if your english is too broken for me to properly understand what you want, I might ignore your message.
-Character auctions, YCH, and other projects are not related to commissions and dont have a functional schedule atm.
How commissions work?
Once I announce that “commissions are open” I will give a timeframe (24 hours, 2 days, etc). you can send me your idea during this time.
I will close commissions after a whyle (i will ignore commission requests after this) and will start going through all the messages I recieved.
I will use a point system to decide witch ones will be chosen.
This point system will take into consideration:
-Characters, themes and kinks that I feel confortable drawing
-Well described and clear commission requests. Following the rules set here.
-Patreons (some patreons get a bonus point on my point system)
