My Rights as the Artist:
- I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. I do not need to tell you my reason.
- I have the right to cancel a commission at any time. If this happens, a refund will be provided.
- I have the right to post the finished commission to my page. If you want the commission to stay private, a fee of $5 will be charged.
Your rights as the Commissioner:
- You have the right to repost the finished piece as long as correct credit is given.
- You have the right to crop/edit the art to make it your icon.
- You do not have permission to sell the finished piece as stickers, prints, etc.
Payments:
- I only use paypal invoices for payment.
- All payments must be made before I start working on the art.
- Full refunds can be made if I haven't started on the art.
- Refunds of up to 50%, depending on how far into the piece I am, can be made if I've already started the art.
- No refunds after I've completed the art. No exceptions.
- I do not give refunds for adopts. No exceptions.
- If you pay with an e-check, the e-check must be cleared before you receive the finished piece.
- You have 3 days to pay. If you take longer, I'll cancel the invoice and your commission.
Turnaround Time:
- Depending on the base and my schedule, the art could take 1-14 days for me to complete.
- If it's going to take me longer i'll tell you!
NSFW Art:
- You MUST be 18+ to buy a NSFW or mature YCH from me.
- If I suspect that you're not 18+ I may ask to see proof of age. (Any form of ID such as a drivers license or birth certificate will do. Everything but your DOB must be blacked out. I only need to see the date you were born!)
- If I find out that you are underaged you'll be blocked and reported.
Other things that will get you blocked and blacklisted:
- Hassling me for free art
- Creepy comments
- Requesting a refund through paypal without discussing it with me first
- Backing out of a sale (If you have a legitimate reason please tell me! I understand that things happen!)
- Hiding bids on auctions (Please tell me before you back out of an auction!)
