Hey guys. So I never like making these journals. But I really do like to keep everyone informed. So if you had noticed i have been very absent from posting as of late. It is not that I have not been working. Because I have been. I just cant not publicly post a lot of it. With San Japan at the end of August, NDA work, Patreon rewards and Youtube. It has been very hard for me. I finally felt a true burnout. I've had artblocks before. I've had times where I needed a break but this took to to an entire new level and I have been playing Catch up this entire month from it. It pretty much took the entire month of June away from me and I STILL didn't get everything done that I needed too.

Streams: The heat has been killing my electronics. I have been vocals for a while now about how my Computer is slowly breaking down. Well it's true and the heat isn't helping. Even with how tight money has been the past few months We have still been able to afford AC while it's been tight. It is an amazing Blessing and something that Cody and I have not have the luxury to have in nearly 4 years. In doing so. While I want to do more streams. My Programs just don't want to work half the time OR my computer heats up to the point where I can only stream for a few hours at a time. Which is why Streaming from the ps4 has also been amazing for the couple of game streams I have been able to do. I'm trying to get back in to it. But with all of the work loads I have and the con prep. It just isn't possible right now. And as bad as it is to say. Sometimes I just don't have things to talk about when I am focusing on work. If i want to chat with people I cant give the work my full attention it needs. So Something that I could get done in an hour or two gets done in nearly four. OR when I am listening to music / other things and trying to focus. I get dinged and am not being paid for the time working.
Now it isn't selfish to say that with the fact I am putting my hardware at risk if i'm not making Some money. It isn't worth the risk. I will still be doing streams. but i'm going to stop promising them. Because i don't have that reliable of hardware I can't really keep a stream schedule.

Commissions: I haven't been able to touch any of my spring orders and i greatly apologize for that. I pride myself on being active and updated with people. But letting this get to far has opened my eyes to a lot of things I can not juggle any more. I am slowly sending out refunds for people who have been waiting a LOT longer than they ever should have. But I am in a place now where I can only do a few refunds at a time. Or be completely flat broke at the end of every month. This all comes with being "Self" employed but I know it also is not me. This summer seems to have been hard for EVERYONE i follow. Even people who have never had problems before. The market is changing as well as networking. Which is one of the many "joys" of working for one self. I do not plan to quit doing commissions any time soon and I will be working on them. But realistically with everything else going on. I can not put my time in to them until AFTER SJ ( about the second week of September when i get home )

I will still be doing collab commissions with friends because I can slip those in in between work as well as a few adopts here and there. But other than that art is still going to be rather slow until September. ILU Guys Thanks for taking the time to read.
