Hello everyone!
It's really hot here right now (in Germany) and moving around or even just thinking too much is kind of a pain.
*lugs around on the floor*
However, the summer season has a pretty sweet upside for many musicians:
There are many festivals, conventions and other great opportunities to perform live!
So, this one is for those of you playing in a band or maybe even doing solo acts:
Do you have any interesting stories of your gigs to share?
I remember one time, we were playing at a private party and they had that biiig barbecue.
Turned out they prepared way too much, so at some point they just put a huge tray with all kinds of food for us on stage.
Well, me and our bassist had some trouble holding back on that and we kept snacking throughout the rest of the gig.
That was fun. Although greasy hands are definitely not ideal for playing the drums - gloves recommended.
