♥ ADOPTS (RULES & TOS) ♥

These rules apply to anyone who OWNS an adopt or custom character designed by me! These rules will apply to all Adopts from TODAY (August 3, 2019)
Note me for any questions.
TOS:
♥ All adopts or designs that have been DESIGNED by me CANNOT BE RESOLD OR TRADED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!
♥ A user who backs out from buying an adopt after asking it to be put on hold will be backlisted due to wasting my time and the chance of others claiming the adopt who really wanted the design.
♥ Do not take credit for the design. (You don't have to credit me every time you post art of them, just make sure to credit me on any sites where you upload the original piece.)
♥ Do not claim my original art as your own art
♥ If a base was used for the design, credit would have been given in my post (please check and credit as well)
♥ Co-owning is allowed as long as I'm not involved in any type of dispute between the owners. Same Rules apply as stated above when deciding an owner!
Design alterations:
♥ You are free to change anything about the adoptable (gender, eye colour, hairstyle, etc.)
Adopt must BE RECOGNIZABLE THOUGH!
♥ You may edit the design but DO NOT EDIT the original artwork you get from me. (ask me if I can myself and we can discuss something out)
♥ You may give it a name, backstory, etc.
RESELLING:
♥ You will be blacklisted if you IMMEDIATELY trade/sale any design I have done for you repeatedly. Not keeping them for more than a few days.
♥ You can not resell the design for more than you paid*
♥ The exception being if you've drawn additional art, in which case you can add the value of said art onto the price.
♥ You can add the price of purchased art onto the total resell prices IF the artist you commissioned is ok with it.
♥ GIFT ART AND TRADED ART THAT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED, CANNOT IN ANY WAY BE INCLUDED IN THE SELLING PRICE OF THE ADOPT/DESIGN! NO VOUCHERS AS WELL!
These individuals are banned from owning any of my designs. Weather it be by purchase or trade, THEY CANNOT OWN MY DESIGNS!!
Black list will be not posted publicly.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES WILL ADD YOU TO THE BLACKLIST OR BANNING OF PURCHASING AND OWNING ADOPTS FROM ME!
