I checked my blood sugar, 135.. SOOOO I'm now paying close attention to what I'm eating, lower carbs and no sugar to lower this number, which hopefully means lower weight as well so I can stop this now and preventing becoming diabetic while I still can.

hmmmm, well did you have anything to eat before hand? Was it a blood test? Two common questions to ask before you make your blood sugar go super low.

I had woken up and had nothing, and yes blood.

ouch, well I also suggest a phasting (no food for a day) and also water. Then after the phast I suggest a yogurt. But yes, cutting out sweets, going for walks, all them good health habits too. cheers... oh.
