๐Awesome Birthday Life Update ๐

Thank you everyone for the warm birthday wishes yesterday! You guys really made my day more special with your thoughtful comments. ๐
I know my online activity has been gradually slowing down; Less art to share and fewer posts being made even though I'm working nearly all day, every day on art. Thank you all for sticking with me! I've been dealing with some physical issues related to my autoimmune disease and on a separate note, an overworked drawing arm. I am taking care of some mental fatigue and migraines as well.
When these things start happening, I re-prioritize what tasks I spend my time and energy on. Cutting back social media is almost always the first step. This saves me a lot of time and mental energy. As much as I miss posting daily, I know it's contributing to the threat of burnout.
But don't take this as a sign that I'm not doing well! I'm in fact doing just fine. :) I keep up with my daily gratitude even if I don't share it online anymore. I still love injecting positivity into all my posts. It's my little way of continuing the gratitude while having the text more closely match whats going on in the painting its connected to.
And I'm successfully avoiding burnout by watching for the signs and actively taking steps to respond to them.
It's hard being a one woman show, haha! So I take care of myself, so I can continue to do my best work, be there for my family, and continue to enjoy my life and art career.
Again, thank you all. The beautiful birthday messages added fuel to a deep connection I feel towards all of my watchers and supporters. Some of you I've met, some of you are close friends even though we are miles apart, and some of you have never spoken a word to me. But the fact that you care enough to spend your time viewing my art is so precious to me.
I mean it when I say you guys are wonderful. ๐
