Hello guys!
My new ToS is finally here! I made some changes in it, due to some recent stuff I had to go through. Please make sure to read it for future commissions. Why did I implement these changes?
-for editing finished artwork/blocking while being rude + lack of communication
I recently had a situation where someone tried to ask for the refund after the art was finished, knowing that traditional media are sometimes impossible to edit. They were also very rude and didn't listen to my explanation. I won the dispute on Paypal, but I wanted to make it clear to everyone (because apparently, some people think traditional media can be edited as easily as digital media)
-charging money before I start the sketch
it's a new thing, that I feel I had to add after some recent commissions. Most of the time, when I send a sketch for approval, the client pays for the drawing in the next 1-2 days. But in the last weeks, I had situations where people would ask me to wait 1-2 weeks, sometimes not responding at all after receiving the sketch. Sometimes I have a day where I can work only on that commission, because that's how I planned it with the client earlier. Without the payment, I can't do anything. It will help both me and commissioners in making planned decisions.
I think these are 2 major things in my ToS that were changed. But I ask you to read it all anyway, to make sure everything is clear ^_^

Unfortunately, some people just want to waste your time :( I hope the changes are still commissioner friendly. I want both me and the client to communicate well

thanks! :) i know some people don't like that, because they pay for something they didn't see... But it's the only way to prevent such situations happen...
