I have no fully functional main program of 2017 year version, who itself version stabile and after reinstall windows - perfectly work. One year license again - end, and i have no money on Paypal balance for now, some will appears ~8th Setember from patreon, this time will be my fully back to commission, and then take care of these wips and some more what i'll upload soon or later.
2019 version of my main proggram is sucks! very very sucks! i did test of newest version and this is hoorible work of optimisation, Corel PP 2019 is much slower, laggy, badly shows brush movoment than did 2017th, Corel said that this version got optimisation - its bullshit LIE! they morons make only worsen (i did parralel test)
So, maximum (and hard in the same time) what i can do its lineart/flats and sketches, this will be my work till necessary amount of money will appear on my Paypal. Then i'll get 2017th version and will back to coloring.

And that kinda fobia, what i have, but if i trying to fix problems, they make shit with 2018th version, and still doing on 2019th.
I very want heavy strike right to the face the ones, to whom belongs optimisation.
I THINK its art?
I can recommend Clip Studio Art, if its available in your country (I remember you mentioned some things were blocked for you)
I use it for all of my art and other than when I have to blend large areas it has virtually no lag
Its also recommended from another popular furry artist on here, which is how I found it!

And i did aslo test (in past) other drawing programs, most of them is weaker than Corel PP, in customisation of work space and with brushes, and some effects.
I'm still using a 20-year-old copy of Photoshop (version 5.5). I hated the interface changes they made in version 6, so I just never updated.
It really sucks that they almost always bloat. Every passing version they get bigger and slower...
I really like SAI2 in that regard. First time an upgrade actually meant improvements in literally everything: faster, stable, more precise, better compatibility and so many new ways to customize everything.
