Your comment means so much to me. I struggle a lot with mental health, as many - including you - deal with, and even making something small that I'm happy with is a struggle. I want so much to be able to live up to people's expectations. But, unfortunately, that's not as clear cut as real life allows. There won't be a day that I won't try my hardest, that I won't try and bring something worthwhile to the table...

We've known each other a very short amount of time, and the very small time we've had to know each other, I'm happy you've stuck around. It's dumb, but it makes me feel not as... like, idk, alone? That's as close as I can get linguistically. But know that there's a rly dumb, random guy on the internet who's happy you're around. It means a lot to me.

He's a great guy, I feel bad I'm not always in the mood to talk to him, bc he rly is fun to talk to.

these things happen. its not fair that depression or anxiety happens but sometimes it just does. and you're not to blame for it. sometimes it just happens. i have 4 times a year where i get really bed ridden stay home from work depressed for no other reason then chemical imbalance. i cant draw anything write anything, play games right, talk to people; it sucks. but the super sick part is, it 100% passes. every time. it may take a while, but it always passes. and on the days that i can finish work, or do a drawing i like. i try to remember that moment.

honestly things that bring me back down to earth are balanced thoughts. ~i leave link here~ that thing really brings me down to earth when i start spiralling. it like forces you to be nice to yourself XD

i know a good person when i see them. im happy you've stuck around with me too [im flaky sometimes ]. you work very hard and you do whats right. and i value that in people. you were so kind to me when i just started here. this place is scary and i had no idea what i was doing. you were so cool and stuck by my stuff, even when i wasn't doing well.

you're a good person. you do what you gotta do. you lay in that bed and play games till morning, you go to that store to get some chocolate and Gatorade. you listen to the Sponge Bob musical soundtrack all day. take care of yourself.

do what makes you happy, do what feels right in your heart, and be proud of you and your story. if people don't like it, fuckem. you legit don't need them.
