Keep Your Promises, Especially To Yourself.
So yeah, I just got a note from someone and had this message in it.
DO NOT CLICK THE LINK
"Huge winnings await you"
"
Grand drawing of prizes from world companies.
Check your email address for a prize ---> http //v.ht/A53H
Hurry up, the number of prizes is limited
"
Most of you are pretty internet savy but for those of you who are not this is a pretty old scam format and has every bit of the smell of an auto mailer setup of some kind.
Iunno much about internet security stuff but I know how to spot BS pretty well. The account name doesn't really matter, none of these types would ever be shackled to 1 single name. So don't look for a 'name' or 'number' contacting you with this stuff. Look at the content of the message and the account in question.
(Edit, altered the link to break it, make people take a half second to think before jumping to whatever trouble it leads to)
