So we had a nice windfall. Seems we bought a shell and we were able to resell it for like 10x what we paid for it. It was bought by someone in CA, they have deep pockets it seems. So we mailed it off today at a cost of over $200 plus insurance.
we made like $1,000 from this sale It is nice to have some funds in the acc0unt again.
