Payment
Paypal only and all prices are in swiss francs.
I start the project only after receiving the payment
Payment plans will only be done under special circumstances.
What I will draw or not
I will draw:
-Antro and Feral
-Pets
-NSFW (must be 18+)
I wont draw:
-Scat or Vomit
-Rape
-Extreme vore
-NSFW Feral
I wont draw anything that makes me uncomfortable. You are welcome to ask about anything.
For the NSFW art work I'll ask for a proof that you're 18 or over, such as an ID. If you can't provide me an ID, I won't accept your commission.
Rights
The commissioner have all the rights for his character, but I have all the rights for the artwork that I produce. The commissioner can't take away the credits. If you resize it for icon or wallpaper/banner and it crops my signature, please credit me.
You can't change the image in any ways without my permission! You can't color or finish a sketch, you can't change any colors, add something else or anything!
You can't reproduce it and make money with it.
I can use the artwork, for my blogs, social media etc. I don't do private commissions
How I work
After I have all the details for the commission and got paid, I'll start it as soon as I can. When I'm done with the sketch I'll show you so you can tell me if everything is okay with it or if there's something that need to be changed or added. Please don't hesitate to tell me if I need to change something, I want to give my clients the best art that I can! Once you approved the sketch I'll ink/paint it. And then finish with the last details.
Ill keep you always updated, due to some health issues I might take longer to do a comission.
Refunds
The commissioner can request a refund. If I haven't started the work yet, you'll get a full refund. Once I started the sketch you'll get 80% refunded. And once you approved the sketch you'll get 40%. After that, when the line is done, I won't give refunds anymore. Furthermore if you ask for a refund, it means that you no longer want that piece, you have forfeited your rights on the drawing and I can use it how I want. However I won't rip off your character or copy the design of it, your character won't appear on that drawing.
If the client is being disrespectful (ex: insulting, making innapropriate sexual comments, harassment etc) I won't refund and will give the piece as it is in the progress.
