Long story short: He broke up with me. It was pretty much out of the blue. No signs... It sucks. I'm wallowing in self pity for a few days now... So, if there's depressive vent art, sorry.

The explination was that I'm 3 states away and he "can't control his urges."
If your as nice as you sound, you can do better. Don't think of it as a loss, think of it as 'dropping the dead weight'. Think of it as a...lesson learned. Hopefully next guy that comes by you, if he is you'll be able to tell whether or not he's worth your time.

I've come to learn that he was a waste of time. Which is sad. I'm still friendly with him because... I'm too nice for my own good sometimes >.o But, I have definitely learned from this one.

Well, it's okay to still 'talk to him'. Sure, you should let him know how things made you feel, but if that's all out of the way, an occasional 'hi' shouldn't hurt anything.
Hell, he might even regret giving you up after a while. xD If he asks you out again, ever, kick him in the nuts for me, kay?
