Need more criticism

So next month I'm going to try to be a little more experimental with my art and change how I do things and such, and I'm just curious cause I hardly ever get any criticism,
is there anything you all feel like I should change, do differently, stop doing or try out? Please don't be afraid to say anything I won't get offended, I just really need some input.
I feel like I've gotten a bit repetitive and I really want to get out of that loop, so if there's anything on your mind then please tell me, any criticism is good criticism.
It can be anything from small to big, so just feel free to go all out.

Backgrounds would be cool. Your stuff has a clean style with minimalist backgrounds too though.

The faces of human girls in your pieces are kind of...samey. It makes it easy to tell it's your art at a glance, in both a bad way and a good way.
