Excited to announce a new writing project!

I've been a huge fan of the whole 'medieval fantasy' genre for ages now, ever since I discovered Skyrim back in early 2012 (a few months before I signed up for FA, in fact). I've been scooping up adopts here and there, as well as the odd YCH, but for a long time I've had a character in the works with his own story, setting and the works.
If you're aware of
MoodyFerret you've probably seen art featuring her two medieval ferret boys, Jarreth and Kimber. A couple years back I even commissioned art from her with financial help from a friend, featuring my 'sona Jon strapping Jarreth into my deliciously devious Bold King Cole-themed milking machine.
I've always been fond of her medieval ferret boys, not just because they're both a nice piece of ass, but for their overall design, setting and whatnot. So I deigned to create my own medieval character, also a ferret because I just think they fit the setting aesthetically and they're a very rare species in the fandom.
I began working with Moody a couple years ago now, initially approaching her with the idea for the character and seeking her counsel on the subject of ferrets (because I know jack-diddly-squat about ferrets), and she was impressed with the detaled background I had given him. His actual appearance still had yet to be designed though, Moody suggesting a black-footed ferret given both their rarity in the fandom and their status as an actually rare, endangered subset of the ferret species.
Currently I'm working very closely with Moody to design this new character, who will eventually have a final appearance and a set of detailed ref sheets. Moody's fantastic to work with too, patient and gracious, as well as just a great person to generally shoot the shit with.
I also intend to break through my writer's block and write an entire 'episodic' novel following this character, as well as guest-starring Jarreth and Kimber. When I say 'episodic,' I mean I'll be releasing the chapters individually here on FA as they're finished, starting with a two-part prologue once the protagonist's design is fully complete.
So if you're into geeky, nerdy high-fantasy fiction featuring furries and desperately want something to read on the crapper or before bed, stay tuned! And yes, there will be smutty kinky scenes at some point, but they're by no means a focus anymore than they are in A Song of Ice and Fire. I won't be writing '50 Shades of Fur' here.
I also fully intend to innovate on the genre setting and push past barriers of repetition and familiarity, meaning there will be no humans, elves or dwarves or generic Tolkein copycat nonsense like that. This will be its own setting with its own lore, comprised entirely of anthros with unique and original wildlife. Well, that is my goal, anyway, so let's see how I do!
