For those of you with Win 10

There's a "night light" mode that helps retain your eyesight and help you have better sleeps. It takes off blue and white colors and ups the black and red colors, green is OK but not as bad as blue light...
You can also take out the blue light on your graphics card and your monitor, things will look more red and black and a little green but if you get rid of blue colors and maybe make your font a bit bigger then you can sit back on your chair and not hurt your back or eyes and you can use your desktop longer, you could also do this for your TVs or anything handheld
Also you can up the contrast and gamma of things then bring the brightness down, but then have a little brightness and lower gamma at times, like if sunlight shines off your monitor, but keep the contrast up, that doesn't hurt
Plus if you have Nvidia, changing the brightness and contrast and gamma should be easy
