So, photoshop Cs2 is kinda having a freak out with my new tablet monitor,. I know of Paint tool Sai and Gimp, what other drawing programs are out there that can take photoshop brushes and files?

Well i still suggest Clip Studio Paint EX for its many asseets and inturnal brush creation, but Kirta might accept photoshop files and brushes.
