I was on Twitter a few days ago and saw circulating images of this one particular character. I never caught the name of him, but I've been trying to find out who he is. I can only really give a description...

I think he's from an anime or manga.

He has a skull head and a muscular humanoid body

Last I saw, I think he was wearing a baseball cap and a black shirt. Think he was drinking boba tea too.
