Hey! Journal Time!
I want to draw a Halloween pic but I don’t just want to draw a costume birth or a belly painted like a pumpkin, I’m will to include those but I’d like to do something a little more original, any ideas? Keep in mind I can realistically only get 3 characters on a page

Well the most obvious things would be handing out candy or getting scared into labor at a haunted house.

Hmm... I like pumpkin based things, but... I'd almost say someone giving birth into a candy bucket, but that seems painful. Maybe hiding behind a big jack-o-lantern so the kids don't see?

Ghost/Spirit being with or without visible skeleton giving birth, showing the internal part of the birth as well? I'm sorry, I'm not good at wording it.
