Freaking Out!!!!

OK so this week has been super stressful.
RL has me off the internet this week. So I apologize for not being around.
Somewhere along this my PayPal account fucked and I had to get a new debit card and make a new PayPal.
Not the worst thing but just a little bit of a headache.
But that was not the worst...
THE GODS MUST BE ANGRY WITH ME.
My hubby and I were just sitting around watching YouTube when there was some sort of Plumbing EXPLOSION! There was a explosion in our apartment. We had sewage and water coming up from every pipe in the bathroom. And I we're not talking a little bit of water we're talkin flood zone! there was two inches of nastiness that flooded our bedroomour, living room, all our closets, half the kitchen and completely the bathroom was almost Unthinkable underwater.
It was horrible.
Our landlord immediately had people come out and start siphoning the water out of our apartment.
He's having to have a professional cleaner come out and do the floors because of all of the sewage.
The city had to come out and they were trying to blame it on the apartment above us, saying it was because of their washing machine. But that was completely BS.
Even the landlord knew it. But the city didn't want to take the blame.
Our last apartment we were in before we moved into this one, there was sewage backed up into the shower and that is how my foot got infected with a flesh eating virus . I had to have my foot amputated. I just got out of the hospital for that it took me 7 months to heal.
Luckily I'm all healed today, and I can work on getting a prosthetic so It can help me walk.
I'm really pissed 'cuz a lot of my paintings, art. Fursuit supplies, crafting foam and a ton of clothing.And all this damage is not covered by homeowners insurance.
It could have been worse I guess.
Luckily I'm safe now in a really nice hotel. Hubby just went to go get TGI Fridays from the lobby.
Hopefully by morning our Apartment will be clean and sanitized.
All I can say is I'm very lucky that we do not have rugs. And majority of our furniture is actually up off the ground. I'm sad though I lost a lot of my paintings and other craft things that I had. Probably a lot of clothing to. But at least my book collection is all right ... you have no idea how many World of Darkness books I have collected all over the years. I have thousands of dollars worth of books. I would lose my mind if they got destroyed.
But for tonight I'm safe, relaxing at a Double Tree hotel. They give you free cookies and are pet friendly.
