Quitting the fursuit making business
I've been thinking about this for a while now. I haven't been enjoying fursuitmaking/working on commissions for a while now - it's quite the opposite, sometimes I don't get anything done for days or even weeks. And since I don't want to disappoint future clients, I've decided to stop offering and taking commissions.
I don't know if I'll ever re-open my business or not. However, as I've already stopped partaking in many of the fandom's activities, I most likely won't re-open. We'll see 'bout that, I guess.
I'll finish every outstanding commission as soon as I can but after I'm done, there won't be new slots for commissions. Maybe I'll sell (some of) my supplies as well, I'm not sure yet.
So, uh, thanks for commissioning me, having patience with me (as I often missed a deadline) and being awesome clients along the way.

I've already found some joy in crafting doggy beds and coats, so there's that (luckily). But I'm considering joining a local Mantrailing unit with my dog and as far as I've read up on it, it's a rather time-consuming hobby (up to 20+ hours/week), so there'll be less time for crafty stuff (which I don't mind too much...tbh). So I guess it's more a general "crafting isn't /that/ much fun for me anymore"-thing...
