It's one thing I really wish to learn one day. The video gave me some ideas how get it done (particles and lighting). Too bad once, blender has such scenery it's slow as hell, so I can forget about watching animation preview in real time framerate.
especially when you have all the objects at once
that's why splitting the scene into collections is good, so you can just hide parts of it and work on others without the lag
