WARNING: For ppl with Digital DLs of Pokemon Sword/Shield

Guys, if you bought the Digital Version of Pokemon Sword and Shield, you're in possible danger of acquiring it's virus, ppl passing this to me like the plague on discord etc. There's a bug where using the autosave on the digital version can corrupt not just the pokemon saved data but all the games on your SD card, but as this video progresses, says people are getting corrupted even with not using it.....smfh, this is why I prefer physical copies of games...

Not yet, which is what im looking out for. All seems to be saying its the downloaded versions so far. All relating to their Autosave feature mostly in that case.
guess i should wait a few days before getting my copy thanks for the warning

Np, I preordered, should be coming today. I assume all the vids about it and walkthroughs are from ppl who got the physical copies and such, since I still see them playing them or streaming them.
Maybe it will be ironed out once I get my double pack from target (damn backordered!)

I ordered from Pokemon Center, dunno if mine is backordered yet, since it's like 1PM. I think it might be specifically the Digital one. Though I forgot you have to download something to play even the physical copies, so I dunno if it counts towards Physical copies in some way too.

It's been confirmed to happen only to switches that have been hacked or homebrewed. Still, it is rather major.
