Update - Life.

for a while now i been busting my hump at my job. going in when they needed me staying over when they need me. working days i told them i couldn't work. getting into fights with my family about working days i couldn't work. and for what? to have every check i got was shorted, i ended up getting an infection in my foot and leg, having sharp pains all around my body, working when i had a doctors note not too. working with no sleep. cuz some times they would have me work 1pm to 10 pm then be back at 4am to bake in the morning. not to say i also lived a half hour away from this job.
i put my all into every job i have and for what? nothing. mini wage where i live is 9.45$ i got my pay up to 9.75$ they were offering me 10$ in a few days...but yesterday. i told them i had no way to work and no one to watch my son. i couldn't work Friday. i talked to my manager the day before and she said she was gonna find someone else to come in. the next morning at 7:30am she messaged me and said "oh your just not gonna come in for your shift? ok sweet." i went back over what she had said the day before. she told me no. she told me i had to work. which she did not. later that day when i was able to make it up there for my check at almost around 2pm. she tells me the checks aren't there. ok but they will be there at 3pm. ok so i leave for an hour and come back she then tells me they wont be there til 5 fucking pm! so i leave again around 8pm i was able to get another ride for my check. when i went in there they got me my check and handed me a termination paper.
they fired me...for what?? i have no idea since i was pretty much there slave. they put my pay back at 9.45$ lied to me about paying me in cash for the last 2 days i worked. now i have nothing again. for what? i just wanna know for what did i get fired? on my paper it said i did 2 no calls no shows which was never the case. the only day i really ever missed was that day but even so she knew i wasn't coming the day before. she said i never had doctors notes for when i went to the doctor which i did i even sent her a picture of it.
i have a 1 and a half year old i busted my ass for him, bent backwards for him. just to be thrown away like trash over 1 day. oh she also said i wasn't hire-able for any other locations like there's either which they can not say. i wasted about 4 months of my life for these people just to fuck me and throw me under a bus.
they stole my money and wronged me and now im back to nothing. no job and serving off the little check they did give me.
well. fuck. life.
