Okay so I'm not fat by any means....but I'm no beef cake either.

He's got some great stuff in there and I have to admit its working, I don't think I've ever been this consistently sore from working out and yet I can already feel the results!

So yeah, not to make it seem like a shameless advertisement for this guys site, just an update for those who tend to actually read these of what the muscle pup has been up to for the past couple of days!
