We interrupt your regularly scheduled program for the following announcement... It looks like I will be taking my apartment complex to civil court because they pretty much endangered my freedom and for how they threw everything out of my apartment. They threw everything on to the ground and all my gay VHS and DVD's were spread all over the place gay magazines with full frontal nudityAnd full on sex. Not to mention the magazine allow my furry art adult furry art books now that were lying around to as well as adult toys condoms And lubes. Just with all that adult material line all over the place and with kids running all over the place I could have been arrested contributing to the mercy of a minor Sean and kids all this adult material and Registered as a sex offender no thank you. Not the mention the complex would be facing my a big a loss it to for doing this too so I'll be called a few attorneys to find out what's going off what my options are as well because this is not going stand.

What state are you in?
How long of a notice did they give you?
Those are the two primary questions here.
EDIT: Also, I don't think you can be arrested for your stuff being seen by kids and such. Its not you that put it outside, therefor the person who did would be at fault and he would be the one that would be charged and punished. Police can't convict you as a sex offender if someone else steals all your stuff and sticks it all outside with proof that it all belongs to you. I'm pretty sure at least. All you have to do is prove you didn't stick it out there.
Texas.
In Texas, a landlord can terminate a tenancy early if the tenant does not pay rent or violates the lease or rental agreement (for example, by having a dog when none are allowed or continually throwing loud parties). Before filing an eviction lawsuit, the landlord must first give the tenant a three-day notice to vacate.

The landlord must win an eviction lawsuit in order to forcibly remove you, he can not take it upon himself to evict you.
He must give 3 days warning minimum, and thats only if you break his rules like bringing an animal in, or if you don't pay your bill.
"Texas law has made it illegal for the landlord to personally remove the tenant from the rental unit."
Why was he evicted? Did he not pay? Did he bring an animal in?
Reading that page I linked, I'd say that landlord is so very screwed.
EDIT: Another thing you might find helpful;
https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclop.....evictions.html
Texas: A civil penalty of one month’s rent plus $1,000, actual damages, court costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees.
Tex. Prop. Code §§ 92.008, 92.009, 92.0081
He originally got 24 hour notice, which was bad, he put a stop to that by talking to a lawyer. During this time he should have been looking for a new place. I realize this is hard when you are bankrupt but you can't just assume that police will tell the landlord that he's required to keep you because you're broke.
You sue for the illegally short notice, while you pack your stuff up in preparation for moving because you certainly aren't just going to be able to stay there forever.
As I said in my other comment, Texas doesn't have 2-3 weeks notice, its 3 day notice. It is illegal for the landlord to evict you himself, only a law enforcement person can. So if the landlord is the one who put everything outside, then the landlord is screwed. Make sure you bring up "illegal eviction" and that portion with the lawyer though because technically now, its been 3 months since he's been dealing with this and a court isn't going t be too favorable at this point.
Reading further back, I know he is in Texas, but he should still try and prioritize a little better. Its about to be winter, I'm sure Texas will also be getting colder, yes? You don't need an AC during Winter. Open a window on a hot day. Unless for some reason Lyft forces you to have a pristine perfect car. I'm wondering what the hell a turbo is, that I saw he also needed a replacement on. If its not required to make the car move, it can wait. The average person isn't going to rate the Lyft driver down just because he can't accelerate super fast or has to open a window because the AC went out. Just go "Hey man, sorry my AC went out, I'm still trying to get it fixed right now." and I'm sure most people won't mind. I'd just go "Oh alright, I'll open a window", but then, I'm also immune to heat as high as 120F so I mean. Anyhow.
So researching this a bit, it looks as though its been going on for 3 months, if it were me I would have been preparing all along. Going to restaurants and asking them for free boxes to box everything up in. Putting all my magazines and toys in a box so its prepared and ready. Taping everything closed so its sealed and secure, writing information on the boxes of whats in it and who it belongs to. AKA "Magazines" "Property of _____". Everything would be boxed and ready. Then in this particular situation, things wouldn't be all over the ground, they'd be in a box, sealed and safe, and you'd still be able to sue because if the Landlord did it, it'd still be under illegal evictions. If a law enforcement did this though, welp, sorry but he's screwed and can't sue.
Lets try and decipher this.
The engine part would have failed within 2-3 months, so you have to get it replaced.
Someone "she" gave you something.
Something about constables outside watching something.
You had things boxed up, but the landlord opened and unpacked your stuff to throw it out on the streets?
The landlord opened your safe too? If so, did he steal anything?
Something about a war, for the good of your stuff.
I realize you might be typing on a phone, but if your input app is so bad it can't help you type and fix spelling errors, you need a new app. :P
If you're on Android; https://play.google.com/store/apps/.....htype.swiftkey
This will analyze your typing to best predict what you want to say and help correct errors. You can also use voice to text, but anyway.
Sorry, I just can't figure out what you're saying with the amount of errors in that. The part I did understand though, looks like it may be a violation.
If they opened up your stuff before putting it outside, thats like trying to get your stuff stolen, or worse. If they drilled open your safe, that sounds like they were stealing your valuables.
You did have a problem there however, and I doubt a lawyer will take your case. I talked to one that specifically handles this stuff in Texas.
They give you 3 days notice that they are about to file an eviction notice to have you removed from the premises.
After that, it takes about 30 days for a judge to look at this, and you have to go to the hearing as well. If you don't, the landlord automatically wins I believe.
After that, you have another 2 weeks before a sheriff will execute a writ of possession. After that, you're screwed and you will be forcibly removed from the premises.
And the above is just me trying to repeat what that lawyer friend said, as I don't want to copy/paste.
You had plenty of time here. Suing takes far more money, than paying rent. I don't know your exact situation, so I can't fully respond to what happened with whats going on, but it sounds to me like you made some mistakes and a lawyer is unlikely to be able to help you out with this. The only thing I can see that the landlord did wrong now, is going through your stuff and breaking into your safe before putting your stuff out.
If you didn't lose anything, and none of your stuff is stolen, I suggest boxing it all back up, and taking it somewhere safe. If you suffered damages because they went through your stuff, you might talk to a lawyer but it will most likely cost you a lot more than you can get back. If they stole your stuff, I'd talk to a lawyer, especially if they drilled through your safe but again, this looks like a case that won't likely win you anything and you'll just suffer more loss. Decide when its best to call it quits on this.
Pay my trustee and lose the ability to work as the car's engine was destroyed by the turbo shredding itself or
don't pay my trustee, get the turbo and AC compressor replaced and plead my case with the judge about my eviction.
Bad thing was that I was never served a court summons for my eviction, and the ONLY notice I got was a 48 hours notice to vacate taped to my apartment door after I left for work at 1600 (which I didn't see until 0300 the day I was evicted). The people moving my possessions to the curb went through everything while moving things out of the apartment. They even drilled open a fire safe that had about 30 Eisenhower dollars, 4 books of blank checks, my deceased partners jewelry, old watches, his deceased dogs ashes (which was also opened and handed to me), and my grandmother's funeral notice I am still trying to find everything that was in the safe as the contents were dumped into several bags.
Yes I was already getting things boxed up in preparation of the eviction, I was not really expecting for things to move as fast as they did.
Right now things are starting to settle down and I am now able to respond to you. I have been in touch with some people what my options are as well as e and groups to see what I can do about what happened and if I am able to go after the apartment complex and constables for for their actions and failure to do their job.
I can honestly say that I am hoping to have a small apartment with all bills paid in a few winks once I start driving for Lyft and doing Shipt. My goal is to start paying 2x my car not every month to get it caught up once I get things going with Lyft and Shipt (yes, I am currently working 60+ hours/week at my current job).
